Description : Restoration, alteration and repair of Grade II* Listed Clissold House, a fine example of an early 19C neo-classical mansion building that had been on the Buildings at risk Register since 1991. Clissold Park is registered Grade II in the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens of Historic Interest and was restored and it facilities were improved for the local community of Stoke Newington. Both projects were completed using fund obtained under a Parks for People Grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
